Dear PIB,
This letter is a long time coming and well deserved. We would like to commend Terence Brennan for his outstanding job in building our home. His professionalism, calm, and attention to detail were an excellent match to our daily involvement and high expectations. We appreciate that this involvement was constant, and, at times, overwhelming. Terence was patient, helpful, and pleasant.
Additionally, Terence was always steps ahead of us, side stepping issues, solving problems, and abating concerns. His attention to detail in the field was spot on and, when things needed correction, he handled the changes swiftly and fairly. Moreover, we appreciated his understanding of what was important to us. In this vein, he allowed us to make cosmetic changes in the field, rather than forcing us to settle. And, despite the fact that things did not always go our way, his handling of situations was professional and he provided the required assurances.
Terence’s outstanding work in managing the process and the trades showed at closing. We closed with only the minor exception of an address plate. Just as important, we have only made a single warranty call in the first 120 days and the call was handled swiftly. Our home was and is truly complete. In short, we are delighted with the quality and the experience we had with Terence.
