This letter comes to us from happy build on your lot homeowners in Houston:We recently completed the construction of a new home in Briargrove Park with Partners in Building. Kevin Bernat was the construction supervisor on our project, and he is truly a credit to your organization. Our new neighbors have been very complimentary of Kevin and have expressed their gratitude for Kevin maintaining a clean jobsite and for keeping the noise levels within acceptable hours. PIB will benefit from Kevin's professionalism in our neighborhood. We are very grateful to be well received and in the good graces of our new neighbors.
Kevin was always responsive and accessible and did not cower in the face of the challenges that occur during construction. His timely responses to after-hours phone calls and e-mails were exemplary. He is well balanced in his approach and he is able to navigate the treachery between employer and customer without compromising either party. While there are many more positive things that could be written about Kevin Bernat, I will close with one additional comment. My wife had a flat tire coming to the jobsite and called Kevin to let him know that she would be late for their meeting. Kevin drove to meet my wife and changed her flat tire. That is seriously going above and beyond the call of duty, but is typical of Kevin's commitment.
We will never build another house without Kevin Bernat and we look forward to building again.
