It was the right decision and we are very happy now although we spent money for the re-plat procedure.You have a lot of plans which can be built in the small or unique shape lot. In case of other builders, they have some good plans if the lot is wide enough, but for narrow lots their available plans are low-end plans only. Because of your flexible arrangement, we made lots of customization on your standard plan. We very much appreciate your kind and appropriate suggestion and assistance. It is really a custom home with a much easier design procedure and transparent pricing mechanism than with other builders. It was quite helpful to manage the budget.This is our first experience to build a house in the US, and there were so many things that we did not know before. For a foreigner, it was not easy to explain things to us sometimes. But due to your assistance, finally we could have a nice home.Many of our neighbors said this is a great house. So our neighbors' rating is also very good. Some of the people are also very much impressed with the quality and speed of construction, so eventually they asked who is our builder.We would like to highly recommend Partners in Building to our friends.
