You were patient and quick to answer all of our questions. You were very proactive in identifying problems and truly went above and beyond to make things right! We are still amazed how smoothly you orchestrated all the sub-contractors to get the house done quickly and with such high quality.
We did have some very unique problems that you probably have not had with other houses (e.g. the survey, the bath tub, and the drainage...all of which were outside your control). But thanks to your knowledge and experience, we were able to overcome all of these obstacles. We could not have done this without you! Thanks to you, we now have a house that our family can live in safely and happily for a long time.
You made this whole process pain FREE and if we have friends or family who build, I will recommend PIB and will tell them to insist on working with you! It was truly a pleasure working with you.
