This letter comes to us from Happy Homeowners in Telfair!
Now that we are settled into our new Partners in Building home and have finally gotten to the point we can catch our breath, we are now able to reflect back on the building process and the results with all our efforts. That being said, we wanted to send this letter to provide some feedback on our overall PIB experience as it was nothing less than exceptional.
After going through the consultation process, we found that Partners in Building was a better fit for our lifestyle and ended up with a "True Custom Builder." Now that the process is done, I can truly see a difference between a "high end track builder", which limits your customization versus a "true custom builder" from the floor up like Partners in Building.
During the Consultation Phase, we had the pleasure of partnering up with Tony Farahani. We had multiple meetings at his model home in Telfair and were impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Tony was during this phase. As anyone would agree, putting that much money down on a home and entrusting a person you just meet can be cumbersome, Tony asked us what was our ideal home and he literally drew it out on his pad with a pencil. Tony also recommended aesthetics that would turn an average home into a magnificent home, of which after we saw the end results, our family and friends are astonished on the attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into building our home. Tony Farahani made our experience in building our home unparalleled to any customer service we have seen before. His attention to detail is uncanny and he also made himself available to answer our questions and concerns, many of which happened to fall on his days off. He is a tremendous asset to PIB and is the reason we chose at the end of the day to build with PIB…
During the Construction Phase, our Superintendent was Steven Randolph. Anyone building a house can tell you that going into this phase will induce a substantial amount of skepticism in relation to the quality of work and reliability aspect of building a perfect product. One of the first things that Steven advised us on was that everything will not be perfect the first time due to human error, however, it will be fixed when we walk the house together. I was glad that he answered my objection in advance and eased our concerns as he welcomed our involvement throughout the home building process. This with in itself made a huge difference in our experience working with PIB. I must say, my wife was fairly demanding of Steven and not once did he exhibit frustration. He remained professional and looked out for the interest of PIB and ourselves with equal intensity. Steven also showed genuine interest in the project and gave a lot of very useful advice which improved the overall home design and functionality. At the end of the day, "Character" is defined by doing the things you do when no one is looking. Steven, Michele and I thank you for staying true to your values and ensuring us of our final product by building this home as if it were your own. To this day, Steven has been a true professional and friend in helping up with different vendor's that worked on our home, coordinating the warranty issues and resolving them amicably.
From our family to our Partners in Building family, we thank you for making our experience building a home one that we will always remember. I could not have asked for a better experience and finally product for my son to grow up in and wife to spend more money on, lucky me.
Warmest Regards,
