Our experience working with Partners in Building was nothing less than exceptional. As we have brought friends and family into our new home and they have complimented it, we are proud to tell them that it is a Partners in Building home.This is the second home that we have built since we moved to Houston, and our experience with Partners in Building, from the very beginning, was far superior than our last experience. We would like to especially thank four individuals who made the experience special for us.First and foremost, we would like to thank Steve Hugueley for accomplishing the impossible! We had a tight timeline on this project and from the very beginning we were warned that it would be very difficult to meet. Steve not only delivered our home sooner than promised (in less than 90 days), but he exceeded our expectations with his fine attention to details and planning. Steve welcomed our involvement throughout the home building process. This made a huge difference in our experience working with Partners in Building. We visited the home almost on a daily basis, and as detail oriented home buyers would frequently communicate with Steve regarding questions or issues. When we identified problems or concerns, in most cases Steve had already identified the issue and had already started working a solution. While we know that there are many people involved in the building process, Steve is the one person that pulled it all together and delivered something that exceeded our expectations. I have never met a more professional, personable and customer friendly construction superintendent than Steve. We a grateful for the high quality home that Steve built for us!Shannon, too, was instrumental in making our experience exceptional. We feel like our home is really ours, because we were able to make so many customizations to the design to fit our needs. We could not find another builder in our price range with the flexibility to customize a home like Partners in Building offers. When we presented our ideas for customizing our home, Shannon made it happen within a cost structure that we could work with. We were grateful that Shannon was flexible in meeting us on several occasions to work through the design of our home.We also thank Sherry Wilsher for helping us get started on this journey. Sherry always made herself available to answer our questions and concerns and in many instances even on her days off. It was always nice to have a friendly face to greet us and coach us through the process. Not having a realtor, Sherry was valuable in helping us get through the closing process. She clarified our many design questions and translated our selections into a well-organized spreadsheet that we referred to again and again. She always responded to our emails immediately - even on Saturdays or late in the evening. She helped us stay within our budget nbsp;by prioritizing options that were of highest importance to us.
