This letter comes to us from happy homeowners in Sterling Ridge village in The Woodlands:Mark and I wanted to write and let you know that we are very happy with our new Partners in Building home. Despite a few ups and downs that usually go with the construction of any new home, we had a very good experience with Partners in Building. We were so pleased that we got to design our home exactly the way we wanted it, without the "custom" price.We also had a good experience with all of the individuals we worked with during the sales and construction process. Our design representative, Tracy Bartlett, was so knowledgeable about the different design options. She was meticulous, organized, and so helpful to us in our design choices.
We particularly want to comment Tito Larios however. Tito was the construction manager for our house, and we could not have been more pleased with his work. Tito was nothing less than outstanding during every aspect of the construction of our house. He answered the multitude of questions we had in a very timely, calm and professional manner, and did everything he could to facilitate a smooth process and achieve the house we wanted.
