This letter comes to us from a happy homeowner in The Woodlands
Now that our home is complete I would like to take this time to thank you and the Partners in Building team for a job well done on my home in Player Trail. All be it we had a few challenges early on, the construction was done well, on time and a great product was delivered.
I would like to give a special thanks to Josh Walker, for his patience and follow through with me and in particular with Sally. Living in the area gave us cause to visit the site almost every day during the final construction phases. With many construction managers this may have wore thin, if it did with Josh, he never let on. In addition, much credit goes to Josh for making us comfortable with the building process, and he especially made us confident that the daily work scheduled, got done. Josh responded to us, and the sub contractors responded to Josh, it was obvious that he has an outstanding/ respected relationship with the PIB sub contractors.
Once again, much thanks for and excellent job by the PIB teams, and we look forward to many years in our PIB home. We will be proud to say that our home is a PIB home and would recommend PIB, if asked for a recommendation.
