This letter comes to us from happy homeowners in The Village of Creekside Park, The Woodlands:My wife and I write this letter to laud the professionalism of the superintendent of the building of our home on N. Sage Sparrow Circle in The Woodlands, Robbie Hoover.Upon resolving that we would relocate our family from Washington, D.C. to the greater Houston area in order to raise our children, Lizbeth and I sought an area where we could provide a home with everything that our pre-school age children would need from this stage in their development through adolescence. We found The Woodlands. Upon quickly determining that Partners in Building is the ideal builder in The Woodlands, we quickly embarked on this new endeavor. We were not disappointed.Robbie demonstrated an unparalleled ability to teach and guide us through the building process without ever condescending. He explained the various stages and aspects for the process to us in ways that we both appreciated. Equally important, Robbie has made himself readily and easily accessible by phone, email and text-messaging; and, he was graciously and timely responsive to our many questions.In addition to the strengths that Robbie demonstrated by being effectively communicative, he was also appropriately proactive. Specifically, Robbie asked some basic and general prefatory questions at the beginning of our interaction with him. He quickly grasped that my wife was at the helm of day-to-day interactions, but I wanted to remain involved. He was courteous in accommodating this goal of ours. Further, he understood the general vision that we had for our home. He understood that we wanted it to be child-friendly and family-friendly. At a few critical junctures, Robbie offered unsolicited--albeit very welcome--suggestions on how we could accomplish this vision. The implementation of his suggestions are an important reason for our satisfaction with our home.Finally, Robbie has found countless ways to go above and beyond any reasonable expectations as a superintendent. To be sure, we expected a degree of professionalism, thoroughness, and courtesy. However, when Robbie has thought of future needs that we may have, he has taken the time to address those as well. When we reached the late stages of the building process, Robbie remembered issues that we had identified as important during the earlier stages of the building process, and ensured that we were satisfied.Lizbeth and I walk away from the process of building with Partners in Building as satisfied customers.
