My husband and I recently closed on the home your company built located on Edith Street in Houston, Texas. We absolutely love it and that is true, in part, because of the professional and competent way we have been treated throughout the process of purchasing it.We first saw the house on the internet via har.com and immediately contacted Kevin Lee, your salesperson and our first contact with PIB. He scheduled an appointment right away and we immediately fell in love with the house. Unfortunately, we still needed to sell our residence so couldn't move forward on the purchase at that time. Kevin always kept in touch with me and was very patient with the questions we had, the number of showings we requested and was very responsive to our messages, etc. Sadly, he informed me when the house went under contract to another family. He also called me to tell when that transaction didn't consummate.We met with Kevin and Wes and figured out a way to make our financials work in order to come to an agreement on the sales price. Wes met with us and was very frank, honest and real about the construction of the house and was helpful in discussing the changes we desired to make. I have to say Kevin and Wes were the reasons we bought the house (aside from loving its design). Kevin's follow-through, knowledge and PATIENCE and Wes' credibility and competence all combined to result in a smooth, easy transaction.We met Jamie Dutton when we had decided to buy the house and he commenced the inspection and walk-through process with us. He dealt with a 40-page inspection report without complaining, has answered every message we left by the end of the same day and has followed though on every single request and warranty item ever discussed. He is always calm (when we are not), always professional (when we are not) and always organized (when we are not).I cannot commend your personnel enough. We built a custom home 11 years ago and have a point of comparison-there really is no comparison.
