This letter comes to us from homeowners in Katy:We have lived in our home built by Partners in Building for 10 months now, and we would like for you to know how pleased we have been. From meeting Amy in the sales office to working with the construction managers, David Kaapke and Larry Robinson, the process was always professional and pleasurable.Amy Faircloth was wonderful to work with. She was always straight forward, and never made promises that were unreachable. It was important to her that we got the right floor plan and that the correct changes were made. If there was a mistake, she saw to it that a revision was made, and we were always notified in a timely manner.Maggie Sassin was very helpful in the design center. She always had wonderful suggestions, while respecting our personal style. Maggie was very patient when we were overwhelmed with decisions. Many times I would call her to inquire about paint colors or a specific type of flooring, and she always had answers within a short period of time.We had the pleasure of working with both Larry Robinson and David Kaapke. Larry was extremely nice and did a wonderful job building our home. If we ever had a problem or question, he stayed in contact with us until we were satisfied. Larry helped us with our warranty work as well, and responded to our request within 24 hours.We also developed a wonderful relationship with David Kaapke, who did a phenomenal job explaining the construction of our home, and making sure we got everything we wanted. He also had great "input" for many items that we had not thought of. There were several items such as electrical plugs or TV cable outlets he had installed because he felt that we would find it convenient to have them in a particular location. Both David and Larry were always very accessible, and communications were encouraged. David has helped us with our warranty work, and has always responded to our requests within a day. Each item has always been addressed and repaired. I will say that the items we have had repaired have been minimal, as the home is well-built.The whole process of building our home went smoothly.
