This letter comes to us from new homeowners in Katy:Earlier this week we closed on our property in Cinco Ranch and I wanted to provide you feedback regarding the process and more importantly, the Partners in Building (PIB) staff who were involved in the construction.Thanks to the quality people involved throughout the process, PIB did not simply build us a house but rather a home that we will enjoy for many years to come. From the very beginning of the process through completion we had the pleasure of working with absolutely outstanding people who are truly great representatives for PIB. That begins with Matt Norris who assisted us during many meetings and calls to flexibly design and shape what became our home, to Maggie Wimbish at the design center whose creativity and meeting preparedness is unequaled. Also, there was Brigette Siegel who behind the scenes promptly responded to each and every inquiry, no matter the detail. Finally, we can not say enough about Larry Robinson, our construction superintendent. Each and every time we met with Larry, he patiently addressed our concerns and questions, provided solutions, and regularly went above and beyond the call of duty. This included often working well into the evening hours and on weekends as was sometimes required to accommodate my work schedule and our travels between Chicago and Houston. As a business person myself, I appreciate that keeping customers happy is important, yet recognize you must balance this with delivering business results. At least from my perspective, both Matt and Larry were extremely effective in striking the balance between meeting our needs and doing the right thing for PIB. In closing, I work for one of Houston's largest employers (BP) and I have openly shared my good experience with my colleagues, our relocation company, and our local Re/Max realtor. Were we nbsp;starting the process all over, we would not hesitate to select PIB again and these great people had much to do with it.
