He has converted the design on paper to a dream house.Jeremy is a hard-working individual. He is the type of contractor I would love to have. He has built a beautiful house for us, with no major flaws. Whatever little fixes were needed he attended to and fixed right. He took the time to explain to us what we needed to know during the walk-through, and what things we need to do to keep the house energy efficient. When I showed concern about climbing an attic ladder with no railing to hold onto at the landing, he listened and corrected the problem. When we wanted to make the garage longer to park cars in tandem, he once again listened, discussed a couple of options and then fixed it. There was no haggling whatsoever on any issues. He just got the job done! And that speaks a lot because he is customer focused and you want him on your winning team.We have invited friends over and they have fallen in love with the house as much as we have. We have recommended PIB to our friends and anyone who is looking to move into the neighborhood.
