We love it! The house is awesome. We are so proud of it and will enjoy it for the rest of our lives.
This was our first custom home from the plans up. Everyone said it would be a nightmare and they would never do it again. They did not use Partners In Building! We did and are so thankful we did. It was really by chance (actually, Teala and I believe there's a Plan for everything) we ran across the Estrella model and Jim. We immediately loved the model. The engineer in me saw the craftsmanship and quality. Most of all, we loved Jim's style and the PIB process.
Later we met Yancy and the project manager in me was very impressed with his planning, organization and leadership skills. We liked him, too, immediately.
Finally, we were well into the process, ready to close up the framing, when we met Maarten our superintendent. I didn't realize it was that late in the process until he and I were talking yesterday. I guess Tesla and I grew so comfortable with him it felt like he was with us from the groundbreaking. Again, we hit it off immediately.
It goes without saying that PIB has an awesome process and product. However, after 40 years in the oil patch I can tell you the best process and product doesn't always make the best business. It's the employees and their relationship with the customer that make the best better. This is true of Partners In Building. We will recommend you to anyone!
