My name is Brian S., and Partners in Building recently broke ground on my new home in Sienna Plantation. I wanted to send a quick note expressing my gratitude and appreciation for my experience so far. Jeff has been a great resource throughout our quest to buy/build a home. We originally had no intention of building a home, but after a lot of research, looking at a lot of homes and talking to several builders, we decided to go for it. We met with representatives from 4 other builders, as well as PIB.
We’re first-time custom buyers, so Jeff was patient with us as we asked a lot of questions and tried to get a feel for who we wanted to build our dream home. He explained the process from start to finish and encouraged us to ask questions of the other builders. PIB was a higher cost than some of the other builders, but Jeff made us feel comfortable that we were getting a superior home and a builder that would truly “partner” with us.
He’s been a real pleasure to work with and we’re very pleased with our decision. Thank you for your support as we continue to build our home, we can’t wait until it’s finished!
