Often and to our surprise, when we ask for a certain item to be done a certain way, we are very happy to see that the next day it has already been built and to the exact specifications. There are many examples of this like the media room columns, moldings and closet buit-ins just to name a few. His knowledge and dedication as a builder goes beyond this. We have been somewhat picky with both the small and large scale items and I am sure he will tell you of our constant emails regarding certain details we wanted to see. He has never lost his patience. Larry's courtesy truly makes the whole homebuilding process easier for the homeowner and professionals like Larry is what give PIB a great reputation. We are certainly not the first to notice this. In fact, we requested from Amy Faircloth that Larry be our homebuilder without even meeting him based on excellent recommendations from neighboring homeowners. On a personal level, Larry is very easy to talk to, easy going and definitely down to earth. He treats everyone with respect, from the subcontractor to the homeowner. He never discouraged us in any negative way about our ideas, but rather explained to us better alternatives. To keep it short, Larry has made the process very easy and stress free for us and we appreciate that immensely. My wife and I wanted to share our experience and to recognize his talent.
