The deal is done. We have the keys. We are very, very happy with the house and the process that lead us to this day.
Mary Ellen and I both want to thank you, Rickey, Kim, Jack and Robert for the great job you did for us on Lucinda Terrace. From the very first day until the very last, your team was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The practical and open way you helped us start up the project and set the groundwork for our relationship was a great beginning that gave us a lot of confidence. The fact that you honored every agreement we made, even when it was possible to renegotiate, made things move forward smoothly.
From the moment Rickey took over management of our project, he made it clear he was focused on giving us the house we wanted with the least amount of difficulty. His communication skill and discipline are exceptional and kept us informed at every step. He addressed every issue with professional concern and thorough knowledge of the work at hand. Because of him, we always knew what was coming, what our options were and when they would be resolved. At every point, he made the situation clear and kept his word to us.
Kim, Robert, Joe and Jack played less involved but equally important roles. They too were very professional in every one of their dealings with us. They were professional. They knew their stuff, and they came through for us when we needed them. We know there were many other skill tradesmen who contributed to our great home. It is clear that all of them have real pride in their skill and the products they produced. We hope in some way they know how happy they made both of us.
We heard lots of cautionary tales about building a house. Mary Ellen and I want to let you know how grateful we are that none of them came true for us. You built us a beautiful, solid home. You delivered on time and as planned. It wasn't trouble free, but there was no trouble that wasn't handled quickly and without stress. We can't wait to show it off to our friends and tell them about the great people of Partners in Building who made it possible. We'll pass the word to as many people as we can.
Best Regards.
