My family and I would like to express our most sincere gratitude to you and all the wonderful people that work for or are affiliated with Partners in building who made our "dream home" building process an excellent experience.
I would like to especially thank Gavin Diepraam for being so patient with us and attentive to our needs and requests throughout the building process, and still being there for us whenever we need him. The fact that he still has my home key says a lot about our special relationship with him and our trust in him.
Our biggest thank you has to go to Tony Farahani, our friend, advisor, and architect. I don't know how we could have built this home without him.
Our relationship with Tony goes back more than a year before we started building our home. We had been thinking of moving to the area, and made almost bi-weekly stops at the model home. We were always greeted warmly and with smiles. Tony and his staff always let us know that they were there to answer any questions, but would always leave us to roam freely, never being in our way, or pushy like most sales people are. I believe that my wife got to know where every piece of furniture was and what each wall color was in that model home.
In April 2011, we made our decision to purchase the lot and start the building process. That was Tony's time to shine. He started by asking us to let him know what we would like in our future home. Started with a basic plan, and he started drawing and planning from there. We would make weekly adjustments, most of the time he would accommodate us without a scheduled appointment. Tony made many suggestions that we incorporated into our home plans that we found extremely helpful. Tony always stressed to us that the plans would not be finalized until we were completely satisfied with them, no matter how many re-draws it took. I still can not believe that he does not have an architectural degree.
Then came the design center for the selection process. Tony was still our advisor and advocate. We would run our selections by him for his opinion, which we value a lot. At times we hit a few bumps at the design center, and occasionally felt somewhat rushed there. A phone call from Tony resolved all those issues. He told us that he promises his customers the highest level of service and he will make sure everyone involved will live up to that. He repeatedly told us that the Partners in building reputation and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to him.
Once we started the construction process, Tony was our eyes there, he would make multiple visits each week to check on the building and to make suggestions if he saw something that could look better. He has always been proud of what I always tell him is "his" home.
When we ran into problems with Bank of America, delaying our closing for 2 months, Tony once again was there for us. He contacted your preferred lender (which he had initially suggested to me but I decided to try Bank of America!) and facilitated a meeting with them at Flagstone lending, six weeks later we closed on the house.
We are so honored to say that we have gained so many friends throughout this building process, all of which have been very sincere to us and have gone out of their way to make us happy. They are all very serious about being true to the Partners in building promise of providing superior service and customer satisfaction. There is no better example of that than Tony Farahani.
I would strongly recommend Partners in building to any family thinking of buying or building a new home. I would be honored if you want to use me as a reference, and will be happy to share my experience with others.
I hope our relationship will be long lasting. And once again, please accept our sincere gratitude for a job well done.
Respectfully,Ken K.
