The Importance of Customer Service at Partners in Building

We’re serious about making your home buying experience a positive one in all areas, including customer service. Throughout the whole process with Partners in Building, we are thinking of our customers. In order to make our customer service the best possible, we recently embarked on a major initiative to improve customer service, utilizing the expertise of nationally known customer service consultant and author, Peggy Morrow. Peggy has over 27 years experience working with companies to improve their customer service, and spent many hours looking at each aspect of customers' experience with Partners in Building. One of the many principles of customer service that we follow is to make it easy for the customer to do business with us. As such, every aspect of our processes, departments and systems are designed around that philosophy.Employees received training sessions in customer service highlighting the skills, attitudes and principles necessary to deliver exceptional service. Internal employee focus groups were conducted to look at all systems and procedures to make sure they support the delivery of superior customer service. Customer correspondence, the sales and building process, and the communication flow were all examined to make sure they result in a level of customer service that reflects the exceptional quality of Partners in Building. Our latest customer service spotlight is on our new Design Center. It has been specially created with our customers in mind to help you through the sometimes-challenging, yet exciting, process of selecting all the things that will reflect your unique style and make your new home special. It all starts with an introduction and walk through the Design Center escorted by your salesperson. After that, Designer Maggie Wimbish will schedule an appointment customized to your convenience. You will enjoy working with Maggie because she is not only personable, but she is also highly qualified, with extensive experience working with builders' clients. Maggie is a registered Interior Designer in Texas and has passed the NCIDQ exam (National Council for Interior Design Qualification). When Peggy Morrow first met with Maggie about the Design Center and all that it has to offer customers, Maggie pointed out that Partners in Building makes a special point of having a huge selection of options and is constantly seeking new products to add to their line to incorporate the latest trends. For example, there is a choice of over 100 standard brick colors and an entire room is dedicated to just exterior selections, including actual samples of mortar colors that can sometimes be hard to visualize. Another special feature that has been created with the customer in mind is the fact that all the kitchen choices are set up as if they were in an actual home. This can make choosing your faucets, countertops and other details much easier because you can visualize them more clearly. Every detail of the Design Center will let you know that we were thinking of you, our customer, when we conceived it. We at Partners in Building hope you will enjoy and find helpful all aspects of your experience there. If not, let us know!
