On Saturday September 26th, employees and friends of Partners in Building participated in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's "Walk to Cure Diabetes". The 5K walk took place at Reliant Park. The walk kicked off the fun-filled morning, but there were many other activities for the whole family, including moonwalks, kids' karaoke, a live band, entertainment from the Texans' mascot and cheerleaders, raffles, food and drinks. Through generous donations and fundraising efforts, Partners in Building was able to give over $8250 to help find a cure for the disease.
