Yesterday, Partners in Building celebrated the grand opening of our newest model home in Summerwood with a realtor luncheon. Realtors were treated to a Thanksgiving feast and door prizes. Pictured are Nina Davis-Smith with USA Asset Group, and our own Sherry Wilsher. Nina was the lucky winner of a Starbucks gift card. The new model home, located at 16415 Boulder Field Lane, boasts soaring ceilings with a 2 story family room, breakfast room and kitchen. Another impressive feature of the home is the downstairs game room, located just off the breakfast room. To visit Summerwood, take Highway 59 North to the Beltway 8 feeder road. Follow the feeder until Beltway 8 and turn right (east). Travel 6 miles to W. Lake Houston Parkway and turn left into Summerwood. Turn right on Hunters Lake Way, left on Darby Rose Lane, and make a quick left on Boulder Field. The model is the second home on the left.
