Partners in Building will hold an MCE class in our showcase home located at 5311 Edith in Braesmont (in the Bellaire area) on June 3rd from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The class is titled, “The Secrets of Staging to Sell: Strategic Marketing through Home Staging”. At the class, Realtors will learn how to give sellers knowledge on effective staging strategies, and they will learn how to integrate staging into their listings. Because staged homes sell quicker and for more money than those that are not staged, this class has quickly gained popularity in the real estate community! Taught by The Interiority Complex University, this class has been approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 3 course credit hours, and costs Realtors $20 (Partners in Building is paying the remainder of the cost for each participant).
