Yesterday, Partners in Building treated Summerwood's VIP realtors to a luncheon at our model home. Realtors received a royal welcome from salesperson Sherry Wilsher, and they enjoyed a delicious summer-themed lunch by Carriage Caterers.The Summerwood model home, located at 16415 Boulder Field Lane in Houston, is a visual feast for the eyes with a stunning stone and stucco exterior. Once inside, its vaulted two-story family room, kitchen and breakfast room lend an airy feel, and the downstairs game room is fantastic or entertaining. A few of the realtors in attendance found the downstairs game room idea unusual, but all agreed it would work great for keeping families together for gatherings on the home's first floor.Partners in Building, along with Newland (Summerwood's developer) gave an array of prizes to lucky realtors.
