During the process, we had the pleasure of working with one of your superintendants, Kevin Osborne. Kevin was exceptional and always put in the extra mile to make sure that the house that PIB delivered matched the house that we had envisioned.Throughout the project, Kevin worked very closely with us to make sure that we were happy with the house and understood the process. Kevin was outstanding in all facets of the construction project and made the process organized, efficient, and straight forward.Kevin spent extra time (often after normal business hours) with us to make sure he answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns--he was truly patient with us, answering whatever questions we asked.
