The end-product is one of elegance, beauty and warmth. We simply love it!In the lead role of Project Manager, Robert was clearly focused on the entire work scope and able to direct PIB’s many subcontractors to deliver a beautiful home. These subcontractors ranged from the initial tree cutters to the final wood floor finishers (and many contractors in between start & completion). We are very appreciative of the way the home came together so smoothly.As you are aware, I am extremely critical to/of details. Even in the face of the most difficult construction hurdles, Robert continuously worked with us to ensure our plan fulfillment, and remained calm and focused through-out the duration of this project. He often displayed grace, kindness and understanding to us even while working under various time constraints & pressures. We all have life’s issues that often cause us to react poorly or retreat in the face of a huge challenge; however, Robert worked with a lot of grace and composure through-out project completion. Robert really did an excellent job managing PIB's time, resources, and cost. It’s very refreshing to witness a leader who knows how to overcome challenges, manage many excited resources, and remains extra focus to execute a home construction project above our expectation.
