We came to choose Partners in Building ("PIB") because of its reputation as a premier luxury home builder, the beauty of their homes and the level of quality and attention to detail PIB is known for. That being said, we raised the bar by asking if it would be possible to have the home built and ready for closing in approximately 3 months so we could have it by January 1st, 2011. Without hesitation, PIB agreed to the task and assigned David Kaapke a.k.a. "the General" to the project.David was tremendous to work with and we were amazed as to how swiftly things happened. With the level of detail that goes into any new build, especially one that was on a very tight schedule, problems can be expected with any builder. What separates PIB from the rest was the way that the problems were handled.
