My name is Nicolas Hoover, my wife, Barbara, and I have recently built our first home with Partners in Building at Firethorne subdivision in Katy. We want to make sure you know how pleased we are with our entire experience. Scotty Wilson and Ryan Rose are two amazing employees. From the start we felt very comfortable dealing with Scotty, he was never pushy or overbearing, which we really appreciate. Whenever we had a question he was always quick to respond the same day, with a very thorough answer and was always willing to talk things through over the phone. Scotty has such a personable attitude that we never felt like we were bothering him when we would stop by the model house just to ask a few questions. He got to know our personalities and the things we like and was even able to make suggestions regarding things we had overlooked, like under mount outlets in the kitchen, which he knew we would like, he was correct.We had heard from friends of ours who also built with you out at Firethorne, that Ryan was incredible and that we would be very impressed working with him. They were correct, Ryan was much better then we could have expected. He is exceptionally personable and friendly, not once did we ever feel like we were bothering him with all our emails and phone calls. He just kept telling us that that is what he is here for and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. When we did our walk through we were very picky and would point out ever the most minor flaws, Ryan took notes and marked every single thing that we could find and had everything fixed. Even after closing on our house we found a couple of small things that we wanted fixed, Ryan never hesitated and made sure we were 100% happy with our P.I.B. home.We have now lived on our house for about 5 months and have had several friends and co-workers complement us on our house. We continue to explain to them all about how great our experience was/is with P.I.B. and that we strongly recommend their next house be a Partners house. We would like to thank you for hire two amazing employees that made our experience so memorable.
