When we originally decided to build in Firethorne, the sheer number of builders was a bit overwhelming. We knew what we wanted in a floor plan and we knew that the second floor balcony was something that we just had to have. After meeting with several other builders who kept telling us "No", Scotty spent the time with us to go through several floor plans and determine whether it was a good fit for us, and our dream balcony. That initial meeting must have lasted 3 hours. When we went home that night we were excited because we knew we would be building with PIB.Once we finalized everything with Scotty and started working with you, I have to say that we have been extremely impressed that you have always been available to us any time we needed you or had a question. You were patient (when I'm sure it wasn't easy to be) and you dealt with Jimmy and I and our crazy ways of looking at things, since we are both perfectionists.
