This letter comes to us from happy homeowners in Steiner Ranch neighborhood in Austin, TX:My wife and I are recent Partners in Building customers and we are writing to give you insight into our experience as we worked closely with your Austin team to build our new home. This letter is to specifically highlight the efforts of Rickey Arguillo and commend him for his dedication to making us satisfied Partners in Building customers. Our home was the first project Rickey was assigned when he became a PIB construction supervisor, so based on the fact that he did not have much experience with the company, we were a little hesitant about how it would work out. To Rickey's credit, soon after the process began he made us feel extremely comfortable with his abilities and demonstrated that he had our best interest in mind. Rickey was very helpful during the construction phase of our home and always made himself available for last minute meetings, after hours walk-throughs and even the random phone calls from us on the weekends. He never acted as though we were a burden or that he didn't have time to help us with whatever we needed. Throughout the process Rickey took ownership in his job and worked hard to make sure that all our expectations were met.It should also be highlighted that Rickey's excellent customer service did not stop after our home was completed. Over the last few months we've had some minor warranty issues that needed attention and Rickey has been quick to make sure all the problems were resolved in a timely manner. His actions made us feel like we were still valued customers and that our issues were as important as the new homes he had under construction.
