This is the third house we have built in Steiner Ranch and we were looking for a plan that would meet our exact needs, and have a superior, high quality finish out.Our sales team was incredible. Victoria Beasley was very knowledgeable in the home building process and was helpful in advising us on solutions that would best meet our needs and adhere to our budget. She took the time to understand our needs and desires in our new home, and came up with an innovative and custom floor plan for us. She has a keen eye for decorating and choices and was always available when we needed her assistance.Taylor O'Brien and Donna Previte were also always available to us and made sure that all our questions were answered. They were a joy to work with and provided much support along the way.During the building process, we were privileged to work with Ricky Arguijo. He was outstanding. Ricky was very knowledgeable about the entire construction process and was able to answer our every question. Ricky was sure to involve us in every step along the way with frequent communication and the ability to make decisions and changes whenever needed. When a question or issue would arise, Ricky was very responsive and came to the table with a variety of well thought out solutions. He is an excellent project manager and was able to build a solid house in record time.Ricky is also our liaison through the warranty process. As expected, there are typically one or two small issues post construction of any new home. When we encountered our first issue, Ricky was incredibly responsive and personally ensured that all the repair and clean up was completed in a timely and effective manner.We are very happy with our experience with Partners in Building. You build a beautiful product with a high quality finish out and top name brand appliances. We appreciate the friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of the entire team.
