This letter comes to us from a happy homeowner in Summerwood in northeast Houston: This letter is sent to thank you for the lovely house you built for me in Summerwood. I enjoyed the whole process, from making custom modifications to the floorplan with Shannon, to working with Sherry, to making selections with Maggie, to working with Steve during the construction. All of you were very nice, and the house turned out as I hoped it would. Steve Hugueley did a marvelous job on the construction from start to finish. He was perfect to work with --- very nice, agreeable to listen to questions and requests and had good suggestions, very quick to get things done, really knows what he is doing, delivered excellent quality construction. He was great about making appointments when it was necessary to meet at the house - always on time. A few things in particular mean a lot to me: moving the ceiling fan in the bathroom, the pocket door, a few extra inches on the wall near the vanity, fixing the shelves in the laundry room closet, and the drains in the back yard. These features make a big difference in how livable the house is, and I appreciate them! Incidentally, I saw my parents have three homes built over the years, and I had one house built previously. The experience with PIB was by far the best of them all. It was also very nice working with Joel on the landscaping; it is great. I am enjoying the house very much.
