Thanks to the quality people involved throughout the process, Partners in Building did not simply build us a house but rather a home that we will enjoy for many years to come. From the very beginning of the process through completion, we had the pleasure of working with absolutely outstanding people who are truly great representatives for PIB. to build a home with PIB after showing us a few lots that were available to us. We then met with the architect, Angel Silva, at the corporate offices to go over our design needs. We talked and Angel listened. He designed a plan that was terrific for our golf course lot. And then it was on to meet Tyson Bell, who stated “were going to build you a nice house, and if you're not happy with something, let us know and we will fix it”. He is a man of his word. We then met Tracy Bartlett at the design center. She is a terrific designer and had many great ideas on how to improve the aesthetics of our home. Last but not least, was our superintendent overseeing the construction of the home, Tito Larios. Each time we met with Tito, he patiently addressed our concerns and questions, provided solutions, and regularly went above and beyond the call of duty. He accommodated our work schedule, made a few suggestions on the planning of the home, and had the home ready to close on time.
