This letter comes to us from Saronda and Vince to Jamie, our builder in Fall Creek: Jamie: As I have said to you before our home was finished, Vince & I are thankful for your assistance with building our home. As you may recall me mentioning, this go round, Vince & I weren't really looking forward to building a home. However, due to the fact that we could not find a home under construction or for sale that met most of our wants, we were "forced" to build. Since Vince travels often (which meant that I would have to largely build the house on my own), in an unfamiliar city/area, with small kids and a hectic schedule, building seemed like a daunting task, to say the least! We chose to build a home with Partners in Building because of their perceived reputation along with the responses we received when asked about PIB, from other homeowners and professionals in the real estate community. For us, you made that reputation a reality. When something wasn't done right, you were not hesitant in having it corrected to our satisfaction. Most importantly, you displayed a level of integrity that made the home building process less stressful and exceeded our expectations for how we anticipated this may have gone. Please feel free to share this letter, for we want people to be aware of the type of service we received, which in my mind directly affected the quality and the final finished product...a home in Houston that we can be proud of.
