Shannon, I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you and share my experience with you, as I have sold Real Estate for 14 years and sold a lot of new homes over my career, as most of my 14 years was in Vegas and was controlled by new inventory. Scott Bulger is an incredible asset to your company, as I am sure you are already aware of this, however coming from this side of the transaction, he really stands out. As mentioned prior, I have met a lot of on-site agents, and most treat their job as just that, a job. Scott treated myself and the Holman's as if he was the owner of Partners In Building, and educated the buyer and myself, as well as kept us in the loop 100% of the time with photos and dialog, and did not only report good, but also bad news without trying to hide anything. I will tell you that there was very little bad news to report, as Partners seemed to have a dialed in process and made the transition from contract and blank slate, to a fine built home with what seemed like ease. I know this is not an easy process for a builder, so to make myself and the buyer feel this way, it really speaks highly of your company.
