He exceeded our expectations, and provided us with that last bit of immediate customer service that we needed at the closing of our home. We really related well with Matt, and very much appreciated him.Our builder was David Kaapke. We were so pleased with the experience we had with David. His attention to detail was impeccable throughout the very tedious building process. He was extremely detail oriented and what better quality can you have when it comes to choosing someone to build your home? David answered all questions promptly and helped walk my husband and I through the process as if we were his own children. He took time to explain the details of our home to us that we were very unfamiliar with. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and have no doubt that he will continue to provide this high level of service throughout our warranty. He is excellent at his job.
