This letter comes to us from happy homeowners in Telfair neighborhood in Sugar Land:This letter is to express our appreciation to the Partners in Building staff in Telfair.Having for the first time built our house from the ground up, not to mention to custom build it was a “new” stress to us, but at the same time exciting. The process was a rewarding experience for us due to the professionalism that each staff member demonstrated.Tony Farahani first made it a real for us that we could actually get the house we like. He is really good at what he does, and probably nobody can do better. He patiently and meticulously drew, modified, argued, convinced, and then repeated the whole thing again. He’s not shy about taking the credit, too, especially on our kitchen layout. He thinks he’s an architect, and maybe he might as well be and get a professional license. We thank him for not giving up on us, and doing everything to make it happen.Maggie Sassin was excellent and efficient. We really like all the choices we have made to get the house looking great with her advice. She did the best to accommodate the changes we made once, maybe twice, ok, maybe more.Jeremy Woolley is really the nicest construction superintendent you can get and everybody says so, from the other PIB personnel to the people working under his supervision. I saw it myself how he communicated with them. That’s probably the reason why they in turn do the best work for him. Lucky for us homeowners! He has done everything in his power to make the house as great as it can be to our amazement, and gratitude. We appreciated the way he made us feel like we had known him a long time, with only the best intentions at heart. He is an invaluable asset to the company.Judy and Jabeen were as helpful to us as to Tony. They make us feel welcome every time we go to the model home, even just to get a drink! We will surely recommend PIB to our friends. Thanks to all.Sincerely,Arturo and Mardi D.
