I am writing this letter to let you know how happy we are with our new home that Partners In Building built for us. I know it was not easy since we were so specific in the design and features that we wanted, but I could not be happier with the end result.
I have to mention that this would never have been possible without George Agnello and Steven Randolph. George was extremely pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to finalize the deal and also felt comfortable that we knew what we were getting at the same time.
I will never forget all his hard work through all the back and forth we had with pricing out all the custom features and making sure we were happy with the pricing.
Steven was the epitome of patience throughout the whole construction process since we had quite a few changes, which I know is not easy or ideal for a builder since it moves timelines and adds extra hassle to the process.
From beginning to end, the only thing he wanted to make sure was that we were happy with the house we were getting and did everything possible to make that happen. I had heard some good things about him from other contacts but now I know from personal experience.
All in all, I would not hesitate to buy a home from PIB again and would recommend you guys to anyone without any reservations. Thank you.
