When we decided to move to the Friendswood area, we preffered to look at the new homes for sale. Initially, we looked into three to four other builders until we found that Partners in Buiding was also building in the West Ranch neighborhood. We instantly liked Partners in Building because we previously owned a Partners in Building home, which was one of our favorite homes, and always seemed well built.
We meet John Mingarelli at the sales office, and within a few weeks we chose a lot and a home plan. John was a great salesman and was genuinely personalbe, which made us feel comfortable buying a new home. Partners in Building should be proud to have such a likable and qualified individual working at the West Ranch sales office. John helped add to the reason we chose Partners in Building, and has followed through on all commitments.
David Farrar is an experienced and qualified builder, and we were honored to have him work on our house in the beginning and after the closing. David has worked to correct any and all concerns or issues we have had during the construction process. He made us happy homeowners of a wonderful Partners in Building home. Thank you David for building such a wonderful home for our family.
Because of the great individuals working at Partners in Building we would and will refer Partners in Building to a friend or family member. Undoubtedly, we would buy another home with Partners in the distant future, only because we are exceptionally happy with our home and no longer have the desire to move.
