Our “S’more to Love” Model Home Grand Opening in Hamilton took place on Saturday, November 8, and the event turned into a relaxed, enjoyable afternoon for families, neighbors, and anyone curious about Franklin’s newest luxury community. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests stopped by throughout the day to explore the model home, enjoy seasonal treats, and get a feel for what makes Hamilton special.
There was plenty to enjoy throughout the afternoon. Guests stopped by the food trucks, listened to the live music, and took their time exploring the different activities. The s’more station had a steady crowd, and the pumpkin patch and decorating tables drew in families looking for a hands-on moment. The petting zoo also stayed busy, with visitors of all ages stopping to see the animals and snap a few pictures.
Inside the model home, visitors took self-guided tours through the main living areas, bedrooms, loft, patios, and specialty spaces. Many people moved through the home in small groups, talking about what they liked, asking questions, or simply taking in the details. It was a comfortable, come-and-go atmosphere, with team members available to offer information or answer questions about the homesites in Hamilton.
Overall, the event gave everyone a relaxed opportunity to see the new model home up close and spend some time in the community. We appreciate everyone who joined us and helped make the day such an easy, enjoyable way to celebrate this milestone.

With the grand opening behind us, the model home is now open daily for anyone who’d like to stop by. Hamilton is one of Franklin’s newest luxury neighborhoods, offering 90- to 100-foot lots and custom homes starting from $2.4 million. The community has the quiet, tree-lined setting Williamson County is known for, paired with convenient access to shopping, dining, and everyday needs.
Families will also appreciate the nearby schools, including Walnut Grove Elementary, Grassland Middle School, and Franklin High School. The area combines privacy, space, and scenic views with the benefits of being close to town.

The model home, which is now open seven days a week, features 5,600 square feet across two stories. It includes five bedrooms, five full baths, a half bath, and a three-car garage. Inside, you’ll find an extended foyer, private study, formal dining room, large island kitchen with a second prep kitchen/pantry, a bright breakfast area, and a spacious family room that opens to a covered patio.
Additional highlights include a game room, media room, upstairs loft, outdoor fireplace, walk-in closets, a motor court, and a Porte cochere. The layout is designed to offer both comfortable everyday living and inviting spaces for entertaining.
