We're proud to announce that our Two Step Farm model home has been recognized with a 2026 Texas Association of Builders (TAB) Star Award for Best Model Home Merchandising.
The Star Awards recognize the best in Texas homebuilding, and this year the competition included more than 1,100 entries. Receiving this award is a meaningful recognition of the teamwork, creativity, and craftsmanship that went into creating our Two Step Farm model.
Presented annually by the Texas Association of Builders, the Star Awards honor excellence in residential construction, architecture, design, sales, and marketing across the state. Since 1992, the program has celebrated the builders, designers, architects, and marketing professionals whose work 
continues to raise the standard for quality and innovation.
Recognizing Excellence
This year's competition culminated in the presentation of four Grand Awards and 180 Star Awards during the 2026 Sunbelt Builders Show® in San Antonio. Earning a Star Award is one of the highest recognitions in Texas homebuilding, making this achievement especially meaningful for our team.
The award celebrates the collaboration between MP Studios and Partners in Building for creating a model home that not only showcases beautiful interiors but also helps visitors imagine what life in a custom home can be.
