Woodforest is introducing its first model home village in big (top) fashion with Circus in the Forest, a two-day event March 31 and April 1 that promises family fun, door prizes and valuable incentives for home buyers.
Visitors will enjoy a variety of circus-themed entertainment 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days at the model home village, located next to the Woodforest Homefinder Lodge, 101 Elk Trace Parkway. Strolling entertainers, such as a juggler, magician and stilt-walker, will keep the atmosphere festive, as will Miki The Monkey, a talented primate who can play basketball, ride a scooter and even pick the pocket of the unsuspecting.
Thrill-seekers can try zip-lining to work up an appetite for traditional circus fare, such as cotton candy, popcorn, hot dogs and lemonade. Kids can try their luck at carnival-style games and burn energy in the carousel bounce house.
Offering door prizes and incentives to celebrate their new model homes that weekend will be Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, Highland Homes, Newmark Homes and Partners in Building. The builders also will have activity stations at each model, including a fortune teller and photo booth. Weekend visitors also have a chance to explore Woodforest Golf Club, which will host putting contests and offer “Member for a Day” coupons. The new models showcase available home designs in Woodforest’s Spyglass Park, located along the golf course, with prices from the $400,000s.
A 3,000-acre master-planned community, Woodforest features traditional, patio and custom homes priced from the $150,000s to more than $1 million. The development is located five miles north of The Woodlands and six miles south of Lake Conroe in Montgomery County, one of the nation’s fastest-growing counties.
