We want to thank your team for what was a pleasant and painless custom home building experience. We have been in our home since February 1, and not only was our home built faster than expected, Jeremy was a pleasure to work with all along the way. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns, and quick to address any issues we had.  We trust Jeremy to give us an honest answer to our questions. (To note, we started the home building process with Jamie Dutton, who was also a joy to work with.

Four Fort Bend ISD schools attended by students living in Telfair have received Exemplary ratings from the Texas Education Agency, which just released its 2010 Accountability Ratings. Cornerstone Elementary, located onsite in Telfair, received an Exemplary rating, as did Colony Meadows Elementary.

On Wednesday, Partners in Building held a Realtor open house at our model home in Summerwood at 16415 Boulder Field Lane.  Realtors toured the beautiful 3925 sq. ft. home, that features a 2 story family room, breakfast room and kitchen, as well as a downstairs gameroom and covered patio.Photographed are Sherry Wilsher, Partners in Building's salesperson in Summerwood, along with Realtors from Coldwell Banker.

On Thursday, Partners in Building took part in The Woodlands' "A Taste of the South" realtor event to kick off the Tupelo Woods neighborhood in the Village of Creekside Park.  Realtors were able to tour model homes from five different builders, and enjoy food and entertainment with a southern theme.  Since Elvis Presley was born in Tupelo, Mississippi (and the neighborhood is named Tupelo Woods), Partners in Building's sales counselor donned an Elvis costume to pay homage to "The King".  Pictured (l to r) are Calleen McFerren and Becky Shannonhouse.  Call

With a pooch parade of costumed canines, Bridgeland is transforming kids’ favorite candy-collecting holiday into a “Howl-O-Ween” celebration, Saturday, Oct. 31. Howl-O-Ween Fest will start at 10 a.m. in Bridgeland’s Oak Meadow Park, and end at 5 p.m. — just in time for young ghosts and goblins to start their traditional Halloween activities.

New-home sales increased 15% in 2009 in Cinco Ranch, a 7,600-acre master-planned community being developed by Newland Communities in Katy.Homebuilders in Cinco Ranch sold a total of 892 new homes in 2009, compared to 773 new homes sold in 2008.

Firethorne sold 238 new homes in 2009, achieving a record high for annual sales for the Katy/Fulshear residential development. Last year’s home sales represent a 16.6 percent increase over 2008 (204 homes). The previous record for the four-year-old development was 218 sales in 2007. The 1,400-acre master-designed community is located 15 miles west of Houston’s Energy Corridor.

Newland Communities' Telfair in Sugar Land was the nation’s fourth top-selling master-planned community (MPC) for new-home sales in 2009, according to a survey by RCLCO, an independent real estate advisory firm.With 450 new-home sales in 2009, Telfair was one of only two Houston master-planned communities on RCLCO’s top 10 list to report a sales increase from the previous year.Sales increased 9% last year in the 2,018-acre community, located at U.S. 59 South and University Blvd. in Sugar Land.
