Steiner Ranch Summer Concert in the Park

On Saturday, August 22nd local businesses and organizations will host the 2nd annual Steiner Summer Concert in the Park. The event will be held at Towne Square from 5:30 to 9 and feature the band Lost in Austin. There will be activities and entertainment for the entire family as well as food and non-alcoholic beverages for sale from area restaurants. You may also bring your own refreshments, but please no glass containers. Lawn chairs, blankets, umbrellas and anything else to provide shelter from the summer sun are encouraged.

Partners in Buildings Evening at The Oasis

Last Thursday, Partners in Building in Austin hosted a public seminar on the history of Partners in Building and our building process, at the beautiful Oasis overlooking Lake Travis.  The event was hugely successful, with every chair in the room filled. Special guests included Sean Hammond of Envoy Mortgage and Felicia Foster of Barron Custom Design. The food was fabulous, the view tremendous, and a terrific follow-up forum answered many pertinent questions for our future potential customers. Thank you to The Oasis for a wonderful evening!

Bridgeland Triathlon Draws More than 600 Competitors

More than 600 of the area’s most physically fit tested their prowess in Bridgeland recently during the community’s first triathlon. Sanctioned by USA Triathlon, the Bridgeland event made full use of Bridgeland’s natural resources, with a 482-meter swim in Lake Bridgeland, a 14-mile bike course on Fry Road and a 3.28-mile run throughout the master-planned community and along the Cypress Creek Nature Trail. Proceeds from the triathlon benefited a variety of local school and community organizations.

Art Show in Cinco Ranch

Last weekend, Partners in Building teamed up with local artists and held an art show at the showcase home at 10414 Prescott Glen Lane, in the Reserve at Spring Lake neighborhood of Cinco Ranch.  A portion of the proceeds from the art sold at the show benefitted ARTreach Katy/Houston, an organization that brings mentors and art related programs and services to underprivileged children, troubled youth and the elderly.

Tour Player Vista in The Woodlands This Weekend

This Labor Day weekend, Partners in Building invites you to tour our newest community, Player Vista, in the Village of Sterling Ridge at The Woodlands.  Be among the first to view our new model home, while it's under construction.  In addition to being able to walk through the new model home the sales counselor at Player Vista, will be driving guests through the community in a golf cart.  We'll also have a tent set up with drinks and door prizes.

Fort Bend County Breaking Ground on a New Library in Sienna Plantation

Fort Bend County officially broke ground at the new Sienna Branch Library, located at 8411 Sienna Springs Blvd. in Missouri City, on Wednesday, September 10. The library is a partnership with the Houston Community College System, and will be the first joint-use facility in the Fort Bend County library system. Designed by STOA/Golemon/Bolullo Architects of Houston, the 2-story building will be approximately 45,000 square feet in size.
