A Houston-based luxury homebuilder is embracing a Texas Hill Country style of architecture for its newest product line.

Partners In Building worked with Colorado-based Woodley Architectural Group on the new design that incorporates stone, wood, glass and metal in a style the company calls “Modern Hill Country.”

When a home building company sees a sudden spike in the number of competitive shoppers wandering around their new model markets, it's a sure sign that a new design has taken hold. In Texas, which is a housing market arena unto itself these days, just such a design "tipping point" has occurred. It's all about Modern Hill Country design, which disrupts traditional Texas rococo extravagance with simpler, elegant lines in classically warm materials. And it's catching on fast among Texas production home builders.

Shannon, I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you and share my experience with you, as I have sold Real Estate for 14 years and sold a lot of new homes over my career, as most of my 14 years was in Vegas and was controlled by new inventory. Scott Bulger is an incredible asset to your company, as I am sure you are already aware of this, however coming from this side of the transaction, he really stands out. As mentioned prior, I have met a lot of on-site agents, and most treat their job as just that, a job.

Partners in Building recently selected the nationally renowned Woodley Architectural Group in Denver, Colorado to design four new luxury patio homes for Imperial Sugar Land, the new master-planned community located at Highway 6 and Highway 90A. These four plans will comprise the core of the Partners in Building product offering at Imperial Sugar Land, appealing to active empty nesters and young professionals seeking a luxury, low-maintenance home. The plans range from 2900 sq. ft. to 3500 sq. ft.

Partners in Building will soon be expanding into one of the newest luxury custom home communities, Stratton Woods.  Stratton Woods is located in North Houston immediately west of the Exxon campus and will be ready for pre-selling towards the end of 2013.

On Tuesday, June 25th Partners in Building took home 3 Star Awards presented by Texas Association of Builders, which showcases homebuilders, remodelers and developers in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arkansas.   Awards included “Best Product Design $400K-$599K”, “Best Custom Home”, and “Best Showroom/Sales Center” for our fantastic Design Center Showroom.

We at Concordia Lutheran High School, would like to thank Partners in Building for the generous donation made to this year’s Project After Prom.  Your donation helped pay the location venue fee for After Prom, which provided our youth and their prom dates a night full of safe activities and fun on prom night.  The event was a huge success and the school was “buzzing” on Monday with great feedback on the After Prom!
