This letter is a long time coming and well deserved.  We would like to commend Terence Brennan for his outstanding job in building our home.  His professionalism, calm, and attention to detail were an excellent match to our daily involvement and high expectations.  We appreciate that this involvement was constant, and, at times, overwhelming.  Terence was patient, helpful, and pleasant.

Having moved into our new Partners in Building house almost a month ago, we've been reflecting on the experience of building a home with PIB. It's been a fantastically good experience from start to finish, so we'd like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation.

Woodforest Starts Construction on Recreation Complex

Woodforest in Montgomery, TX, will expand its amenity line up in 2012, with construction starting this year on the first phase of a 16-acre recreation complex.

Forest Island is designed as a recreation centerpiece for the South Montgomery County community, which completed two years of sales in 2011.

“New home sales increased 37% in 2011 and new home construction starts increased 100 percent, which set the stage for us to begin work on this new aquatics and tennis center,” said Virgil Yoakum, general manager of Woodforest.
