On Saturday October 6th Partners in Building took home 3 Houston’s Best Prism Awards presented by The Greater Houston Builders Association.  Awards included “Best Bedroom”, “Best Bathroom”, and “Best Specialty Room”.  In addition to taking home these prestigious awards, Partners in Building was proud to be an Exclusive Sponsor for this fantastic event.

Last month our company also received “Best Product Design- $1Million and Over” from the Star Awards, which showcases homebuilders, remodelers and developers in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Our office is now open in the Exclusive Gated Community of Talia Trails located in the Energy Corridor!  Talia Trails is a close-in community with just 42 home sites, set on just under seven acres.  Located in the heart of Houston's Energy Corridor, Talia Trails is merely minutes from major employers, including many large oil companies.

Make plans to visit Partners in Building's booth at the 10th annual Fall Home & Garden Show in The Woodlands!  The home show is being held this weekend, August 25th and August 26th at The Woodlands Waterway Marriot, from 9 am to 7 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday.

Expect to find a variety of home construction pros at the show, energy and conservation experts, interior decorators, landscapers and just about everything else you could possibly want for your home.

Three Houston communities made the list of the nation’s top 10 master-planned communities based on sales in 2011, according to an annual ranking by RCLCO (Robert Charles Lesser & Co.)

The Woodlands came in at No. 2, Cinco Ranch was No. 3, and Telfair was No. 10.
