I am writing this letter to let you know how happy we are with our new home that Partners In Building built for us. I know it was not easy since we were so specific in the design and features that we wanted, but I could not be happier with the end result.
I have to mention that this would never have been possible without George Agnello and Steven Randolph. George was extremely pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to finalize the deal and also felt comfortable that we knew what we were getting at the same time.
A master-planned community similar to The Woodlands is exploding in northwest Harris County and developers say they have an even grander plan. More businesses are opening in Bridgeland near Highway 290 and Fry Road. Developers out there will tell you their long-term aim is to look and feel a lot like The Woodlands. If you haven't been to Cypress lately, it probably looks a lot different from when you were last here -- businesses opening, new home building, dirt turning, and this is just the beginning.
On Saturday October 6th Partners in Building took home 3 Houston’s Best Prism Awards presented by The Greater Houston Builders Association. Awards included “Best Bedroom”, “Best Bathroom”, and “Best Specialty Room”. In addition to taking home these prestigious awards, Partners in Building was proud to be an Exclusive Sponsor for this fantastic event.
Last month our company also received “Best Product Design- $1Million and Over” from the Star Awards, which showcases homebuilders, remodelers and developers in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Make plans to visit Partners in Building's booth at the 10th annual Fall Home & Garden Show in The Woodlands! The home show is being held this weekend, August 25th and August 26th at The Woodlands Waterway Marriot, from 9 am to 7 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday.
Expect to find a variety of home construction pros at the show, energy and conservation experts, interior decorators, landscapers and just about everything else you could possibly want for your home.
